I have only had great experiences with this company. Had a package lost twice, and they rectified the situation. It took a bit, but I understand why. They clearly need to take all steps before just sending more products all willy nilly, I got what was promised and am a loyal customer because of their treatment. I was sent the wrong product on another occasion and they shipped me out a replacement immediately. If you think I consistently have issues, that is not the case. I’ve been a loyal customer for years now, accidents happen all the time and mostly not the companies fault.

I gave this toner a chance for 4 months. It does nothing to reduce the size of my pores. I'm very disappointed in Glow Recipe. I can't return it because their policy is '30 day return'. You have to try
A product for months to see a result.

I will try another pore product, but will research it more thoroughly. So, the claims are false, does nothing to reduce pore size. (And, I spent at least $40. For this product).

They sent the package with insufficient customs information, which required the package to be pack again to the sender to fix it. I contacted DHL and they told me the sender need to fix this issue. I tried to contact them multiple times and no reply at all. Now I don't know where is my parcel.. I 've placed my order on 21st of July

They’re are many companies out there that appreciate business. When inquiring about the false advertising about a scoop that should come with the watermelon sleep mask product; I received a very generic message about “going green and eliminating packaging” implying “oh well sorry not sorry”. This was a obvious lie so i left a one star review with photos of their packaging from last year and this year 2022 to show there was NO change in packaging. To which their usual response (based on other bad reviews i’ve seen) was to discredit the consumer and passive aggressively gaslight them. They replied to the review with a “we apologize you’re upset about scoop” even though my review was clearly about the customer service and fabrication of excuses to offer nothing to rectify the situation.
I then get another email where they want to send me something else from a sister company completely free so i’d have a scoop. While I’m sure there are people out there who are just looking for a free item. I was looking for little insight on why i never got it twice, once in 2021 and once in 2022. Meaning the company, even if they are eliminating packaging, has taken no steps to communicate this with the consumer. So why has it taken over a year and is still advertised on their site? I do not care for FREE items.. i care about compassion and respect. Something I as an asian woman am sure their founders understand. Unfortunately their service department has very manipulative, sarcastic and gaslighting tactics.
I responded with a no thank you. And left my comments on the attitude of their department; as well as asked to not be contacted ever again.
Not even 24hrs later they must be true to themselves and disrespect a consumers request and boundaries by getting their last two cents in with a “sorry you feel that way.”
This review is for the people who care about a companies actions and holding them accountable. As well as ones do not wish to support terrible business behavior. So many other products in the world to be a newish company with this type of staffing and business practices.

Edit: They have again responded and again think i’m upset about a scoop and not the customer service provided. Telling me what i’m dissatisfied with over and over = gaslighting. Also have flagged the review.. beware of companies that silence your reviews.
As well as is missing the point. The first email offered NO retribution.. only after my review was i offered anything.

Love glow recipe and long time customer of their website. Customer service is quick and attentive and the watermelon products are some of the best I’ve I own

I got a notification saying the package was delivered but it was not. I contacted glow recipe and at first they were very responsive and told me to check with the neighbors (seriously?) and that they would put in an investigation with usps (what decent company uses usps?). Someone (usps or someone else, who knows) banged on my door and scared me half to death one day and drops off an opened box with less than half of my order inside and what was in there was opened or otherwise tampered with. I have highly sensitive skin, but even if I didn’t, no one should put opened skin care products on their face. So I responded to glow again and they suddenly stopped responding. I sent four email and it’s been one week since I told them the damaged box was dropped off, and still nothing. I filed a claim with my credit card company since glow recipes customer service is unreliable and unresponsive. Total scam. Do not buy.

Update: might have considered revising my review had glow recipe taken ownership. But there is no apology in their response here. The comment below is completely passing off the blame onto ME for putting in a claim with my credit card due to glow recipe not responding to my emails for over two weeks. I placed the order on 5-6. I messaged that the box was finally delivered damaged with items missing on 5/29. Glow recipe responded on 6/13 and said that they were sorry and accepted responsibility for the chargeback. They did not offer to re-ship. This took over a month to resolve. You will not be passing this blame to me, when this was entirely due to your lack of communication and responsiveness to the situation. Oh, and I added a snip of the email chain as my profile pic so the timeline is clear.

Update 2: I’ve had a chance to read through their other responses and this seems to be the general attitude of glow recipe. Blame everyone except themselves. Mistakes happen and can be resolved and forgiven, but this attitude is not doing them any favors. You were wrong. You managed the situation poorly. You need to take ownership.

I received my package in less than 2 weeks
I got their mini kit PHA BHA Toner, Moisturizer, Niacinamide dew drops
The products are tiny but 2 drops easily spreads all over my face, they are not harsh on my skin and they do give a dewy glow
I started seeing results after 3 weeks

Their Plum Plump Hyaluronic Serum is must have, just amazing for dry skin in summer. Glad I found them at the very beginning of the season
